Hence, in this instance of reusable facemasks, it is most important that facemasks must be able to protect wearers from the virus
The virus gets transmitted via 3 ways:
+ firstly, via droplets
+ secondly, via airborne aerosols, and
+ thirdly via surfaces or fomites
Of significance and relevance to reusable facemasks are transmission via droplets and airborne aerosols
Therefore, reusable facemasks must be able to protect wearers from droplets and airborne aerosols
